Student Enrollment:

Due to limited seats per classroom, payment or deposit must be received to guarantee student enrollment. Enrollment is on a first-come first-served basis. This registration form does not guarantee enrollment without submission of payment total or required deposit.

Late Payment Fee:

A $15 Late Payment Fee will be added to the invoice total if payment is not received on or before the invoice Due Date.

Late Pick-up Fee:

Students picked up more than 10 minutes late may be charged a $10 Late Pick-Up Fee for every 15 minutes late. A 10-minute grace period is allowed, and no fee will be charged if students are picked up within 10 minutes of class dismissal.

Enrollment Cancelation / Refunds:

You may cancel your monthly enrollment, and receive a refund on the remaining month’s tuition within the first 7 days after payment is received. Please note that registration and material fees are non-refundable.

Absent Days, Unattended Class-Time – Credits/Refunds:

Absent days or unattended class-time cannot be refunded or credited back. There is no refund or credits provided for students that are picked up early.

Right to Terminate:

ABC Learning Academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment of any student due to non-payment, student misconduct, safety precaution to other student(s), etc. Parents will be given a 5-business day notice upon termination of enrollment. Remaining tuition will be refunded.
