About Our Chinese Class:
We have been teaching Chinese for over 20 years! Our teachers are highly experienced, passionate and dedicated, ensuring the best education for your child.
We teach using Hanyu Pinyin as the foundation in the Beginner Chinese Class. Many children find Hanyu Pinyin rather easy and fun to learn, since the characters resemble the English alphabet that they are familiar with. Hanyu Pinyin is important to teach proper pronunciation. We use lots of colorful flashcards, games and songs to make learning Hanyu Pinyin fun and memorable.
In the Intermediate Chinese Class, we begin gradually incorporating simplified Chinese characters. Children learn the makeup of each character, the history, the strokes, as well as constructing conversational sentences. Practice is key to learning any new skill! We encourage lots of practice and usage during class time. Students take turns speaking to one another, and practice writing sentences using Chinese characters.
Our Mission:
Aside from just teaching the Chinese language, we believe its important to incorporate Chinese history along with the language to provide substance to the education. We also recognize that smaller classes provide the needed quality attention in learning a new language. Our classes are small and personal to allow every child to get the one-on-one attention they need to succeed.

Please note the following fees that may apply:
- Registration Fee: $50 / per family (applies to new students only)
- Annual Material Fees: $70 / student (per school year)
- Chinese Class: + $30 / student (Chinese workbooks)
- Monday Short-Days: +$9 / Monday (dismissal @ 1:40pm)
- Early Dismissals: +$18 / early dismissal day (dismissal @ 12:40pm)
